Job Title: Executive – Quality Assurance
Qualification: B.Pharma/ M.Pharma in Pharmacy, MS/M.Sc (Science) in Chemistry
Experience: 3 – 4 Years

  • Online Review of the Batch Production records (BMR / ECRs) in shop floor.
  • Verification of housekeeping in shop floor and accessories management.
  • Daily monitoring if plant observations.
  • Verification of various log books for completeness in manufacturing areas.
  • Ensure that deviations are reported online.
  • Verify the compliance of in-process controls before proceeding to next steps.
  • Monitoring that the materials are stored at defined storage conditions and labelled appropriately.
  • Identifying and report the potential areas of contamination / cross contamination in the Site.
  • Verifying the SOPs compliance in shop floor.
  • Handling of the line clearance activity on campaign basis

  • Checking the quality of raw materials, packing material, inproces, intermediates and finished products accurately without any deviations and delays.
  • Releasing the analytical results right time to meet the dispatch requirements as per the planned scheduled.
  • Maintenance of Analytical instruments by performing frequent calibrations to ensure right quality of analytical results.
  • Developing systems as per cGMP requirements by updating the procedures.
  • Providing continuous training to the employees to develop the skills.

  • To receive, store and handle Finished Goods, Raw material, Packing material & perform reconciliation
  • To prepare FG Packing list and dispatch documentation
  • To maintain all records like, stock reconciliation, Cleaning records, Weighing balance Calibration Record etc..
  • To follow all procedures as per SOPs
  • To perform weight verification of materials at the time of receipt.
  • To monitor the status ( Quarantine/Approved/Rejected) of all the materials and maintain as per status
  • Follow all safety procedures
  • Thorough knowledge on excise procedures and documentation as per EOU
  • To maintain all statutory records / FDA records
